“To truly transform our economy, protect our security, and save our planet from the ravages of climate change, we need to ultimately make clean, renewable energy the profitable kind of energy.”
the concept
The main tendency in architecture today is to build sustainable skyscrapers: green giants that can contain hundreds of innovations, new technologies and energy efficiencies. This project is a 3D infographic, resulting in a real paper object, that want to map all the greenest skyscrapers in the world, focusing on their advanced green technologies.
the project
The solid we built was a pentagonal prism. Starting from the top, we show a world map where the greenest skyscrapers are placed; five separate lines guide the reader to each lateral side of the parallelogram where every single skyscraper is then analyzed: technologies are highlighted and a pie chart shows how much energy it saves, also it informs about achieved awards. Finally,
turning the prism upside down, we show all the final conclusion of the analysis.
my role
I was part of a team, we worked together for the initial research and the concept, then I focused mainly on the page layout, overall visual style, typography and infographics.
